My Story…
Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) is a disorder that can lead to a myocardial infarction and even death. Research is still ongoing to determine why SCAD affects an otherwise healthy and predominantly young to middle aged female population. Support from the community helps the research to continue and to identify the molecular underpinnings of SCAD. As a family we are participating in the 5K to raise money for SCAD. Please consider donating - even the smallest bit helps!
