Help Jan raise money

For participating in National 5K SCADaddle for Research - Chicago area

My Story…

Most of you know my story. My healthy, active kid sister did not survive a heart attack eight years ago caused by spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD). She was only 51 yrs old. When the cardiologist could not answer basic questions about SCAD, her husband, my brother-in-law started an all-volunteer nonprofit SCAD Research, Inc. to raise money for the most promising research. This began a journey for our family that we never dreamed we would be on. Thanks to the hard work of many and blessings from above, SCAD Research Inc has raised and donated a total of $800,000 to Mayo Clinic SCAD Research Program. This year, we are working towards raising an additional $200,000 in order to reach a total of one million dollars for research. I hope you will consider helping my fundraising efforts so we can achieve our goal. It would be great if you can join me as well. Thank you! Jan PS: Rick won't be in IL. He's saving his strength for the San Diego 5K!
