Help Michelle raise money

November 14,2016 I passed out in my car and suffered a major heart attack while driving my children home from school. As fate would have it, people were in the right places at the right time. The school crossing guard at the corner calmed my children down and called 911 after my car went up on the curb. The paramedics were blocks away and gave me the best treatment they could think of when they didn’t know what was going on. Everything fell into place and I was rushed to the hospital. It took me a long time to recover from the devastating heart attack and cardiogenic shock that most people don’t survive. Family and friends went into overdrive to help my husband and children while I was in the hospital and when I got home. It took me over a year to accept what happened to me and I’m still working on the “new me”. Mayo has been key to discovering what happened to me and they are still researching the causes and effects of SCAD. My goal is to raise $500 for SCAD research.
