Come experience the beautiful Avon Valley with the
Falmouth TrALE Run
5k and 10k!
Fitness Junkies is excited to be hosting the 4th annual
Falmouth TrALE Run!
This challenging 5k or 10k route will wind you up the hill and through the woods of the beautiful and historic Castle Frederick Farms property, while allowing you opportunities to slow down and enjoy the view at one of our drink stations. Our local breweries, wineries, and cideries will be serving up samples along the trale. We won’t be timing you, as we encourage you to enjoy the view and the beer (cider and wine!) just for the run of it.
5k participants will receive 5 4oz. samples
10k participants will receive 7 4oz. samples.
Participants must be 19 years old by October 4, 2019. No children, strollers, bikes, or pets permitted on the property during this event. Please note ALL transfers must be done through Race Roster($1.95 fee) or between participants. No refunds or deferrals.
Proceeds will support the West Hants Ground Search and Rescue.

The Race To The Cabin includes 5 4oz. drink samples and a special prize for the first one to reach the cabin (approx 2km in). THIS SUBEVENT FOLLOWS THE 5K ROUTE.
