The Tri for the Cure is a sprint-distance triathlon where women of all ages and fitness levels unite in a celebration of strength, sisterhood, and self.
Sprint Distance - Swim 750M (1/2 mile), bike 18.3K (11.4 miles) and run 5K (3.1 miles)

Start training with Coach Barrie's monthly training plan beginning February 1st.

Our experts and vendors will be at the Expo to support you. We strongly encourage you to attend the expo and packet-pick-up. Due to triathlon rules and regulations, someone else may not pick-up your packet for you.

August 3 7:03 AM MDT - Race Starts; Elite Wave Departs
August 3 7:08 AM MDT - Competitive Wave Departs
August 3 7:13 AM MDT - Survivor Wave Departs
August 3 7:18 AM MDT - Remaining Waves Depart every three minutes
