Benefits
Lieutenant Joseph Szczerba ’85, an 18 year veteran of the New Castle County Police Department and a 1985 graduate of Salesianum School, was killed in the line of duty on September 16, 2011. To honor his legacy, Salesianum has established a scholarship in his name. All proceeds of the 5k Run/ Walk will benefit this fund.

-Immediately following the race, participants can enjoy beer, wine, champagne (age 21 & older) and a post race dinner under a tent on the front lawn of Salesiaunum. $10 entrance fee for non-race participants.
