Online registration is now closed, but you can still register in person, either Friday May 17 at Runners' Choice from 5pm to 7pm, or on race day from 7:30 am to 8:45 a.m.
The Baden Races consist of the following events:
Sprint Duathlon (5 KM Run - 19 KM Bike - 2.5 KM Run) - this event is dedicated to honor the memory of local duathlete, Ron VanKoughnett
7 Mile Run - the signature feature of this event is a run up the Baden Tower Hill
5 KM Run - the Neil Dunford Memorial
200m Kids Fun Run - you won't want to miss this!
Every participant that signs up by May 12th at midnight will receive a t-shirt in their selected size.
Kick off your 2019 multi-sport season with the second Baden Duathlon, the only open multi-sport event in Waterloo Region. Individual and Relay options for the sprint distance of 5 KM Run - 19 KM Bike - 2.5 KM Run.
For the past 39 years, Wilmot Township has been home to a great spring running tradition. With various venues, courses, distances, charities, and even names over the years, one thing has remained - the passion and community support for a great event. We're thrilled to continue the tradition in 2019 with the 6th annual Baden Road Races! Besides the duathlon, the Baden 7 Miler ascends the aerial Baden Tower Hill. Runners will climb the steep gravel slope and turn around at the top - don't miss ringing the brass bell! Kilometre for kilometre, this is the toughest road race we know of.

5 KM Run - 19 KM Bike - 2.5 KM Run. Price includes tax. Triathlon Ontario members select this event to avoid paying the $8 one-day fee. You must input a valid 2019 membership number. Without this number, you will be charged $20 on race day or refused entry.
