The Tyanna Foundation

In 1990 Tyanna Barre O’Brien lost her battle with breast cancer, leaving behind five daughters. In honor of their mother, these women created the Tyanna Foundation. The tyanna foundation is a 100 percent volunteer organization. The Tyanna Foundation’s flagship event is Breastfest, and all proceeds collected from the event are donated to the Hoffberger Breast Center.

Course

USATF certified out and back route through residential neighborhoods.

-Gender specific t-shirts
-Upgrade to zip neck long sleeve tee for $10 extra (order must be in by noon Monday prior to race day)

Awards

-Awards for top male/female ($50 gift card)
-Awards for overall male/female masters ($25 gift card)
-Awards for top 3 male/female in 5 year age groups 9 & under through 80 & over
-Awards to top 3 male/female walkers
-Ten sisters awards to fastest beach house team. You must have at least 5 team members and at least 1 female to score.
The top 3 places, including at least 1 female, on each team will be combined for the team score. (pre-registration only)

Timing

NOVA Timing Systems will chip time using the MYLAPS BibTag Timing System
