Help us raise money

This is in honor of Simon Alexander Gillette, and in appreciation for NILMDTS. We remember being in the hospital during those first few hours after Simon was born, in an absolute daze: shattered by grief, and at an utter loss for how to navigate this situation we found ourselves in. Funeral arrangements; having to share horrible news with friends and family; trying to understand why this happened. And, trying to figure out “what’s normal?” Should we hold him? Are we “parents”? Should we take pictures? There’s a lot we regret not doing, but one thing we are so glad we did was get pictures of our little guy. And, NILMDTS is a big reason that happened. Their photographer gently shared with us what was helpful for other parents, and showed Simon dignity when taking his picture. We never knew something like NILMDTS existed, and hope that no one would ever need their services, but we are so thankful they were there for us and will continue to be so for others.
