My Story…
Have you heard of the YWCA Encore program? It is for women who have gone through Breast Cancer and are now ready to start working on getting their life back through exercise and learning.
Funding was cut by the government and if we want this program to continue to help women get healthy, we need to fundraise ourselves.
As the daughter of a woman who didn't make it through Breast Cancer, I don't want to see any other women go without this life changing program.

Description
Encore is a free gentle exercise program for women who have experienced breast cancer at any time in their lives. The program includes gentle land and water exercises as well as guest presenters on varying topics related to improving your health. The program is delivered in a supportive group environment and is a licensed program under YWCA Hamilton.
