My Story…
I can't believe it will be 13 years that I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Although fears still grips me at times it is minimal and I focus on gratitude for what God brought me through and the incredible gift of YWCA ENCORE. Breast cancer is too prevalent but we are part of a program that offers HOPE and RESTORATION to women. YWCA ENCORE is an amazing program and it is worth every dollar to invest in. If you want to donate to a program that changes women's lives, this is IT! We need your support to keep offering ENCORE in 2020. Please consider giving any amount to honour the women that have been through breast cancer - it truly is such a great program. I run this year in honour of those who have inspired me beyond words - there are so many. Thank you all of you ....we will not give up..... HOPE is always there!
Description
Encore is a free gentle exercise program for women who have experienced breast cancer at any time in their lives. The program includes gentle land and water exercises as well as guest presenters on varying topics related to improving your health. The program is delivered in a supportive group environment and is a licensed program under YWCA Hamilton.
