My Story…

Hello all! Thanks for taking the time to view my donation page. On November 3rd I will be running the Hamilton Road2Hope Half-Marathon. This event provides a fundraising opportunity for smaller organizations who may not have the funding or personnel to organize large-scale events. If you would like to make a donation to the McMaster Children's Hospital Foundation on my behalf, it would really mean a lot to me! Thanks!

Doesn’t the government provide the funding needed?

The government funds hospital salaries, operating costs and contributes to capital projects. Donors fund 100 per cent of the equipment used to diagnose, treat and care for patients – from replacing the most basic necessities to investing in sophisticated new technologies.

Why is my donation important?

Glance around any patient room or treatment area and you will see the impact of your donation. In addition to equipment, donors also support research programs, education for hospital staff and redevelopment.
