Join us for the 6th annual
YMCA Sweat for Strong Kids event on
Saturday, May 4th!
It's back - our annual community event in support of YMCA Strong Kids is coming this Spring! New this year: test your skills and determination as a team in our very first fire truck pull all while raising funds for a good cause.
Fire Truck Pull: all participants must be 13+, with a max team size of 10 members
Kiddie Car Pull: for participants aged 6-12, with a max team size of 6 members (please note: 2 team members must be 18+)
Registration is $35, and includes entrance to the event, an event t-shirt and refreshments.
It gets even better - if you raise $100 or more in support of YMCA Strong Kids, we'll refund your registration fee!
Help us raise funds and awareness for the YMCA Strong Kids Campaign right here in the Komoka community.
About YMCA Strong Kids:
Last year, the YMCA of Western Ontario provided more than $2.4 million in financially assisted programs and services to children and families in need. On average, one in three of our members and participants rely on this financial subsidy to take part in our programs and services, like day camp, health and fitness memberships, and swimming lessons.
Your generosity helps the Y to help those who need us most. Your support will help ensure people of all ages are healthier and more productive regardless of their financial circumstance. Every dollar donated to the YMCA Strong Kids Campaign directly supports kids and families in our local community.
