Deferrals and Race Transfers
The Valley Harvest Marathon does not offer registration deferrals or refunds for any of our events. In lieu of this policy we offer the option to transfer a registration to another participant or to transfer to a different race distance. When transferring to another participant or to a shorter race distance there will be a service charge of $1.95. When transferring to a longer race distance you will be charged the difference in price between the current distance and new distance, as well as the $1.95 service charge.
Transfers can be completed online until midnight on Monday, Sept. 23rd. All transfers after this must be completed on Saturday, Oct. 12th at On-Site Registration. NO TRANSFERS permitted on Sunday, Oct. 13th.
Fees
All Registration fees are subject to 15% HST plus an online processing fee. These additional fees will be outlined in your Order Summary during the Checkout process.
