Virtual Freedom Streak Run, Walk or Crawl

Our weekly door prizes are our way of holding you accountable. Daily check-ins our not mandatory; however, every day you check-in will enter you in for a chance to win a weekly door prize. 

Door prizes are drawn at random, every Monday for the previous week. Every daily check-in for the previous week (Monday - Sunday) will enter you for a chance to win. Only one check-in per day will count. Maximum of 7 entries per week. You must be a registered participant for the Virtual Freedom Streak to qualify for a chance to win a weekly prize.

Besides a healthier and more active you, all registered participants will receive an event medal, t-shirt, and a custom digital race bib.

Registration fees for the Virtual Freedom Streak go toward your medal, tshirt, race bib, shipping, admin fees, etc. A portion of every registration will be given directly to the Hire Heroes USA as the financial beneficiary of this event as well as 100% (less service fees if applicable) of all money fundraised for this event. Fundraising for this event is completely optional.

To make things convenient for you, we offer several different check-in options.

Only one check-in method is needed and it does not have to be the same each time.

  • Your bib number is your unique identifier, be sure to include it in your post

• If you are posting for a day other than the day you are posting on, simply include the day your are checking in for

2. Fitness Tracker - Strava

• Join our fitness club on Strava

• Sync your fitness devices with Strava (Garmin, FitBit)
  • Learn more about syncing Garmin with Strava
  • Learn more about syncing FitBit with Strava
• Set your posts on Strava to public
• Then its simple, every time you record a workout with a synced device, it will automatically post to our Strava fitness club
• It's that simple

3. Manual

Medals, race bibs, and tshirts are ordered once the event starts. Swag will be shipped out mid-end June for you to receive by the completion of the Streak. 

NEW to this event...participants will have option during registration to receive their tshirts before the event starts. The costs to make this happen will be passed on to the participant and is optional.

Challenges are always more fun with friends!! Get your friends together and create a team. All teams of 10 people or more will have their team name printed on the back of the shirts. Teams of 10 or more will have their challenge packets shipped directly to the team captain for distribution. 

Special Corporate/Team Challenge

Companies and teams that recruit 25 or more participants will receive a $50 Visa Gift Card.  Your company can choose how to distribute the $50Visa Gift Card. Some ideas are to auction off to the team member that has the most miles or the most days logged for the challenge.

Fundraising for this event is not mandatory, however, we would like to encourage all our participants to try and raise at least $38 for this event. That's only $1 for every day you Streak! Details about fundraising will be provided in an email after you register. 

100% (less any processing fees, shown on donation page) will go DIRECTLY to Hire Heroes USA.
