Off season Marathon Paddle Racing Technique pool training, video assessment and strength training with trainer Ryan Stepka,

Bring your own paddle for best fit, a variety of different length bent shaft canoe paddles will be available on loan. No boats required. Wear training clothing. Sessions are indoor pool side.
A discount of $10 will be applied to those who have signed up as OMCKRA members for the 2019 season
45 minute workout in the pool with videoing. Then about 45 minutes of video analysis. If all goes well for timing instructor will add some instructional time in the weight room to help people who are currently including weight training in their off season program or who want to start.

- many paddlers don't start paddling until March - develop your skills in the off season
- have a baseline video for reference for the rest of the season
About Coach Ryan
Ryan Stepka comes from background in Sprint Canoe/Kayak and is an NCCP certified Marathon Coach and Coach Facilitator. Ryan is proficient teaching and padding in many types of canoes and kayaks.
