Help Jordanna raise money

Hey Everyone! I'm back at it again to raise funds for HART (Humane Animal Rescue Team) in their annual Sneakers & Strays fundraiser! HART is an organization that runs completely on volunteers and donations. Every penny and donation is greatly needed and appreciated so, so very much. I recently started fostering a dog with them and to see what this organization does for the animals is incredible!!! There are so many animals out there needing help and there is only so much this organization can do on its own.
