Raise money for RVH Foundation - Child & Youth Mental Health Unit
Seventy (70) percent of mental health problems begin during childhood. Severe and persistent mental illness also often begins during teenage years. The burden on families is enormous and heartbreaking. In order to support these children and their families there is a need for acute care mental health services in our community. RVH’s Child and Youth Mental Health Unit provides crisis support, an inpatient unit, and outpatient child and youth services. Our fundraising efforts are in support of this charity to ensure continued high quality services, early identification, and support for vulnerable children with unique needs.
