2019 is the 25th Anniversary of Runner's Soul! What better way to celebrate than a run and festival in the heart of Lethbridge. On July 20th, join us for the Runner's Soul Fifth Avenue Mile. Runners will enjoy a fast, flat route down Fifth Avenue South, finishing on the Civic Track. Plan to spend the day and invite your friends and family to the post race festivities at the Civic Track including food trucks and vendors!

Event Info
The event will start at 10:00 AM to the north of LCI High School. From here the route joins with 4 Ave S, turns left at 15 Street, and then turns right and continues on 5 Ave. Please view a map of the course here. The Elite and Sub-elite categories will be starting first in their own wave followed shortly by the Open field.
Awards
Cash Awards (To be eligible for cash awards you must be registered in the elite or sub-elite categories)
1st Place Male and Female - $1000
2nd Place Male and Female - $750
3rd Place Male and Female - $500
4th Place Male and Female - $250
5th Place Male and Female - $100
Age Group Awards
Medals will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each age category (10 and under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+). Those in the elite or sub-elite categories will not be eligible for the age group awards.
All awards (Cash and Age Group) will be based on gun time.
Corporate/Team Challenge
Gather your teammates or co-workers for the ultimate summer team building experience! Awards will be given to the fastest (top five times averaged in each group) and the largest team.
