Dear FMS Families,
We are excited to announce that this is a very special year for our FMS 5k and Fun Run. As many of you know one of our beloved primary students, Cash Martin, was diagnosed with pediatric leukemia earlier this year. Much to our gratitude, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society have agreed to contribute 50% of all funds raised through our 5k Charity Run directly to the Cash Martin family. The remaining 50% will be allocated to co-pay and travel assistance for kids in the Henderson/Southern Nevada area battling pediatric leukemia.

Race Day is Saturday, March 16th ~ Doors open at 730am and the warm-up show begins at 8am. Please plan to pick up your race packet prior to race day. You can do so at Me Gusta Tacos on the evening of March 14th or at the school on Friday March 15th.

MEET CASH
Cash is 5 years old. He was diagnosed with leukemia in September 2018. He attends Foothills Montessori School, but he is taking time off due to his health, treatment, and schedule. Some of Cash's interests include playing Lightning McQueen and Monster Trucks. He also enjoys Angry Birds on his iPad, and drawing pictures.
