Registration Policies
- Last day to register and be guaranteed to receive a participant t-shirt for the race is November 17, 2019
- Registrations after 11/17 receive shirts at packet pickup on a first-come, first-served basis
- GOTR participants do not automatically receive a GingerSnap shirt with their participation
- There will be no refunds for the 2019 race, but entries are transferable for a $2.00 fee
- Race Management reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to unfavorable conditions
- Registration fees are not refundable in the event of cancellation due to "Acts of God"
