Join DMRF Canada for the Annual Chuck’s 5 km Run, Walk and Wheel for Dystonia 2019
Join the Dystonia community in the Greater Toronto Area to raise awareness, funds, and support for dystonia, a neurological movement disorder in honor of Chuck Saundercook.
When: Sunday, June 2, 2019
Registration/Check in: 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Walk and Wheel Start Time: 10:45 a.m.
Run Start Time: 10:55 a.m.
Location: High Park, Toronto, south of Main entrance off Bloor Street, south from the public swimming pool.
Please register in advance to avoid lines on event day.
Dystonia is a neurological movement disorder that causes muscles in the body to contract or spasm involuntarily. Primary dystonia affects approximately 50,000 Canadians.
The mission of the Dystonia Medical Research Foundation (DMRF) Canada is to advance research for more treatments and ultimately a cure; to promote awareness and education and to support the needs and well being of affected individuals and families.
