Great news from the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition!

As a previous sponsor and supporter of Race for the Pink Ribbon, we wanted you to be the first to know about the exciting changes to this unique event.  

On Thursday, September 19, 2019, the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition is excited to be teaming back up with Races2Run to again present a female-only 5K.  The Girls Night Out race will take place at Kelly’s Logan House, 1701 Delaware Avenue, Wilmington and starts at 6:15 p.m. rain or shine.

In the past, over 800 women have joined this challenge supported by family, friends, and co-workers.  Your participation and leadership as a sponsor for Girls Night Out will put you on the front lines of Delaware’s fight against breast cancer. This women-only race creates an extraordinary emotional bond among the racers and supporters.

Breast cancer is more than a personal fight - families, friends, and communities are impacted when a loved one is diagnosed. When the community comes together to address this dreaded disease, it can be an amazing and powerful experience that helps survivors realize they are not alone in their journeys.  We know you want to play a role in supporting their journey!

All proceeds from Girls Night Out will benefit the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition’s programs that deliver support and resources to those diagnosed with breast cancer, provide access to mammography screening, and provide bilingual health navigation and transportation for treatment.
