Help Kat raise money

This will be my 11th years raising funds for the Ovarian Cancer Alliance and walking in honor of Rachel Aber, who lost her battle at the age of 26. I sat across from her best friend while at work. I heard and will never forget feeling actual heartbreak after news that treatment would stop - that the cancer had won this time. I was forever changed. I prayed and asked God to give comfort to this family and those that love her. I felt the need to do something because doing nothing was not an option. Here I am 11 years later, remembering Rachel and that day in a whole new way. This year, my very own sweet mother was diagnosed with breast cancer, made it through surgery, radiation treatment, and recovery and it has given me even more reason to continue this fight.
