My Story…
Arthur's Bike Rally Caper - The Quinceañera Edition
On September 28th I will be undertaking my fifteenth annual cycling fundraising initiative, by participating in The Growling Beaver, a 1 day epic journey, covering 100 kilometres of unpaved gravel roads through the Beaver Valley near Collingwood, Ontario. The Growling Beaver supports the Davis Phinney Foundation and Brain Canada Foundation, two charities dedicated to brain research and helping people with Parkinson’s to live well today.
As many of you are aware, we lost my mother this year to Parkinson's after a lengthy battle with this debilitating disease. I will ride this year in her honour and memory.
Please partner with me by taking a moment and making a pledge to help me reach my ambitious goal of raising $10,000 in support of people living with Parkinson's.
You will receive a 2019 charitable tax receipt for any donation over $20.
