Welcome to The Black Mountain Turkey Burner Trail Race. The most technical race on the ERS" Sunshine Series schedule.

Join us December 14, for our 3rd Annual event and burn off all that Thanksgiving food, as we race up and over Black Mountain peak in the beautiful Rancho Penasquitos area of North County San Diego.

All runners will start and finish at the Black Mountain Community Park. Both the Half and 10k will experience some major "hill" climbing on some very technical trails, while the 5k will feature some smaller hills, with a little more groomed dirt trails.

All courses are 100% dirt trail with elevation gains up to 2000' for the Half Marathon.

Parking: Onsite Parking @ Black Mountain Community Park. Additional parking will be at Black Mountain Gliderport

RACE TIME LIMIT: 4 HOURS

*We have adjusted our prices, so that they do NOT include a race shirt. If you would like to take advantage of the shirt option, it is $5, and can be added in the Swag area of your registration. For those runners adding the shirt option, we ask that you register at least 10 days prior to race day, to be guaranteed of your shirt order. If you are within the 10 day window, we will ask you to pick up your shirt after the race, from the sizes available. We will do our best to accommodate all requests
