Our story…

SCDS Families and Friends: Each year, the Country Day community comes together to support Sacramento Food Bank and Family Services through our Run to Feed the Hungry Team. On Thanksgiving morning, Team Sacramento Country Day School will participate in the annual Run to Feed the Hungry for the 14th year in a row! Over the past 13 years, Country Day has raised more than $131,000 (nearly $250,000 with corporate matching) and last year collected more than $10,000 to earn the title of Top Fundraising Team and return the RTFTH Trophy to the school. Students, parents, grandparents, and employees - are all encouraged to join Team SCDS; every dollar raised helps in the fight against hunger in our local community. Please note you don't have to be in town Thanksgiving morning to join our team!
