Mind Over Grind is a 5K walk/run organized by Sensibill to benefit the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). The walk/run will bring together teams from Toronto's tech and startup community, which often suffer negative consequences due to “hustle” and “grind” workplace cultures. We believe that Mind Over Grind will have a positive impact both by raising money, advocating for workplace wellness, and reducing the stigma around mental illness. Mind Over Grind is a fun, non-competitive race, feel free to walk, run or a combination of both!

Wheelchair Information
The use of a wheelchair is permitted during this race, motorized vehicles must not exceed a speed of 5km/hour and must not exceed 40″ length x 30″ wide. Handcycles are also permitted.

Participants Requiring a Support Person
- Please complete the registration through the online system
- Provide the name and contact information of your support person to emma@getsensibill.com.
- Your guide will be able to choose from the following options:
- Guide only: no cost participation to guide only, event registration will be sent and completed via email and a "GUIDE" bib will be supplied to the participant at race kit pickup.
- Guide and Participate: the guide will enter as a participate and pay the full registration fee through the online system. The guide will receive the full event kit (shirt, bib, finishers medal) and will need to wear both the guide and participant bibs.

Race Day Tips
- Carpool or take public transport - there will be very limited parking at the park so plan your travel ahead of time!
- Eat breakfast early and get a good sleep the night before
- Plan your outfit! Make sure to pick up your race kit early so you can wear your Mind Over Grind shirt during the run!
- Jog lightly before the race, join us pre-race for a stretching and warm up session!
- Take a rest day before the run
- Have fun!
