The run is a traditional 5k race that will begin at 7:00AM

Bicycle Ride
For the bicycle ride, you can choose between three different routes:

Tiger Tail 20 Mile Ride
Carolina Cruise 34 Mile Ride
The Legacy Bike 53 Mile Ride

All three routes will start at 8:00am, will be clearly marked and will have sag support for all participants. The 34 Mile Carolina Cruise will have one rest stop location with water, electrolyte drink and goodies. The 53 Mile Legacy Bike will have two fully stocked rest stops. The 34 Mile Carolina Cruise will have one timed segment and the 53 Mile Legacy Bike will have two timed segments.
