Jacob is 12 years old and enjoys 4-wheeler riding, cartoons, and swimming much like other boys his age. They’re not easy for Jacob to do, though, because he depends on a wheelchair. Jacob was born with several disabilities including cerebral palsy, impaired vision, and a seizure disorder and needs help to do the things that most children his age just do naturally. Cerebral Palsy is a disorder that affects muscle tone, movement and motor skills.
The mission at Livitup, Inc is to advance the independence and productivity of children and adults with various types of disabilities. 100% of money raised through the Elvis 5k supports the Day Program at Livitup, Inc.
