The course is a 2.5km loop: Well maintained and marked trail through the forest on Camp Heidelberg property of the Optimist Club of Kitchener-Waterloo. 5km, 10km, 25km, 50km, & a 6 Hour Ultra event. All events start at 9:00am, with the exception of the 50km, it starts at 8am (Allowing for a 7 hour time limit).
