Start the 2019-2020 NHL season with the 2019 Champions Blue Note 5K at Forest Park! There will be appearances from Blues Alumni, Blue Crew, and Louie. Register before September 14th to receive a discounted entry fee. A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit our Blues for Kids charity. The event is limited to 5000 entrants and 300 Virtual Runners.

Swag & Awards
Every finisher will receive an official Blue Note 5K shirt and finishers medal. Great awards for the top 3 male and female overall finishers in the race. Overall winners will get a (2) tickets to a regular season game. The top 3 male and female finishers in each age group receive autographed memorabilia. Age groups are as follows: 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & over.
Louie's Loop
Bring your kids to the Blue Note 5K and they can take part in the Louie's Loop Half-Mile Fun Run! $15 registration will include a shirt and finishers medal.
Virtual Run Option
Can't make race day? Celebrate the Blues Championship and participate in the Championship 5K anywhere, anytime! Sign up as a virtual runner and receive all the same swag as race day runners, then complete the distance on your own - no matter where you are! The virtual run option is a great way for our out of town fans to celebrate the championship with us!

FAQs
Q: Are strollers allowed?
A: Yes, you are welcome to run or walk with strollers & children, but please start towards the back to eliminate congestion at the start.
Q: Are dogs/pets allowed?
A: While we love pets, in order to make this event as safe and enjoyable for all participants, dogs are not allowed on the course or in runner's village due to the large crowd size of the event.
Q: Can I walk instead of run?
A: Yes! We welcome all paces and ability levels, so runners and walkers alike are welcome to participate.
Q: What happens if the weather is bad?
A: This is a rain or shine event. However, participant safety is our number 1 concern. If there is a threat of potentially dangerous weather, we will communicate with participants via email with a plan of action and where to get the latest updates.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We do not offer refunds for this event, however, you are able to purchase an event protection plan for a small fee during registration, that allows you to get a refund for the event in case of unforeseen circumstances preventing you from attending the event. Details are available during registration.
