Visit the Cross County Museum & Archives
The Cross County Museum & Archives is located at 711 E Union Ave, next door to the Courthouse & features the Cherry Valley Indian Mounds Pottery Collection. The collection consisting of 60+ pieces dates from 1250 - 1450 A.D. Hours: Friday, Oct. 31st & Sat. Nov 1st will be 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Parkin Archeoligical State Park
Just a few minutes west of Wynne on Hwy 64 in Parkin ,Arkansas. Learn about the Indian Heritage of this area. Gift shop on site as well as rest rooms and museum. A great place to take the family.
Cross County Public Library
Located in downtown Wynne on Merriman Avenue between the post office and First National Bank. Children & adult sections, computer section available for public use, too.
