- 1K is FREE for kids 12 and under!

- On-course water stations
- Walkers and runners of all abilities welcome
- Strollers and dogs are welcome on the course, but please use caution along the course.

Location: Cyclelogik, 1111 Wellington St W.
Race day: Race kit pick-up at Parkdale Park adjacent to the Parkdale Market from 7:30 am to 8:45 am. Kindly note that we cannot guarantee kit pickup on the day of the event in time for the 9:00 am start. Please arrive early.
Please note: There will be no 5K registration on race day.
