The most beautiful open water swim you'll ever experience in the clear waters of Regina Bay, Lake of the Woods. This event is part of the Can Aqua Open Water Swim Series of events. Saturday has 1K, 2K, & 3K Swims all starting at the beach in Sioux Narrows Provincial Park and finishing in Sioux Narrows Provincial Park. Sunday has 1K, 2K, 4K & 5K swims. The 4K & 5K swims are a deep water start in the middle of Regina Bay from a boat. Saturday brunch, Saturday group bike ride and Sunday brunch all happen here.
Saturday August 31st:
7:30 a.m. -- swim around the island (3k)
10:00 a.m. -- 2000m swim (championship)
11:00 a.m.--- 1000m swim (championship)
Sat. 2:00 p.m. escorted bike ride from Sioux Narrows Campground to Nestor Falls return!
Sunday September 1st:
7:30 a.m. --- swim home from the bay (start is from a house boat) 5000 m & 4000 m
10:00 a.m. --- 2000m swim (championship)
11:00 a.m. --- 1000m swim (championship)
Noon Great brunch $15.
