WFCU Credit Union Trick or Trot

This October, WFCU Credit Union will host the first ever WFCU Credit Union Trick or Trot!

The WFCU Credit Union Trick or Trot is a Halloween themed 5K Run, 5K Walk and Kids Dash. Join us before and after the race for a costume contest, food, music and more!

The race will take place on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at the WFCU Centre (8787 McHugh Street), from 8:30am to approximately 1pm. Pre-registration is required.

Come out and join us for this one-of-a-kind community event you won’t want to miss! And, don't forget to dress up in your Halloween costume!

Race Route

Please note that the race will not cross any city streets. It will only take place along the Ganatchio Trail. Please see map below.


Parking

Please see the map below for parking. There will be Trick or Trot parking signage as well, to help you identify the parking locations when you arrive.

Additional Info

This is a chip timed event. There will be four (4) race awards given out for the following:

  • Top Female Runner 
  • Top Male Runner
  • Top Female Walker
  • Top Male Walker

Please note: awards will not be split by age categories.   There will only be one overall male and female winner per 5K race.

There will be NO same day registration. Pre-registration ONLY.

Those who register as a walker MUST walk only. If you want to walk and run the race, you must enter as a runner.

There are no age restrictions for those participating in either of the 5K events. Children participating in the Kids Dash event must be between the ages of 2 – 10 to participate. 

Each participant will receive a post race snack. In addition to this, there will be food trucks available before and after race for participants and viewers to purchase food.

Proceeds from the event will go towards WFCU Credit Union's various community initiatives.
