Texas Mushroom Festival Auto Showcase

1. Show is open to all makes and models of vehicles, including motorcycles and off-road. 
2. One form per entry. Multiple entries per owner are permitted and welcome.
3. All entries will showcase their auto on the festival grounds on October 19  from 10 am until 3 pm. You may arrive on site as early as 8:30 am but MUST stay the duration.
4. Entries will receive THEIR packet and complete instructions upon arrival.
5. The winners will be determined by People’s Choice voting. The Best Paint, Best Interior, and Best Underhood will be chosen by a panel of 5 judges and their decision is final! Sponsored trophies will be awarded, chosen by the sponsor!

WAIVER: In consideration of accepting my entry with signature above, I, intending to legally bind myself, my heirs, executer’s and administrators, do hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages, injuries, or losses I may have against any and all event officials, and all organizations conducting this event (including, but not limited to Madison County Mushroom Festival, Inc., City of Madisonville, Madison County, event sponsors, volunteers, rescue and support personnel, as well as their agents, successors and assigns). I understand the images/photographs may be taken of me before, during, and after this event which may be used for promotion of this and/or future events and I hereby make no claim to same. Accepted by the signature above!

PRE-REGISTRATION IS ENCOURAGED!!!!! All pre-registered will  receive a gift basket!

(INCLUDES ONE (1) CAR SHOW T-SHIRT AND ONE (1) COMPLIMENTARY TICKET TO THE TEXAS MUSHROOM FESTIVAL BEIRGARTEN AND LIVE ENTERTAINMENT SITE

DAY OF EVENT REGISTRATION: ENTRY FEE   $30.00

THIS INCLUDES ENTRY AND ONE (1) CAR SHOW T SHIRT

ADDITIONAL T-SHIRTS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE @ $15.00 S-XL, 1X& up,@ $20.00

1. The top Award winners (chosen by People’s Choice voting during the festival) will receive a trophy and a featured spot in the Madisonville Meteor Newspaper.
2. Judging will be on October 19 at noon with awards presented at 2.00 pm.
