Theresa Tracy Strive to Survive is excited to hold our dodgeball tournament “Dodging Pancreatic Cancer” on August 31, 2019 at the Eastside Center in East Peoria.

Each team will have 3 females and 3 males, all 18 years of age or older.
The tournament will start at 8:00 AM with check in starting at 7:00 AM.
$60 per team pre-registration OR $70 per team registration at the door
