Take your trail running to new levels and join Abbotsford Trail Running Club for an informative 8-week clinic.
You will learn all about safety, nutrition, form, and much more to advance your trail skills.

Time: 8:00 am
Locations: Fraser Valley Trails
Requirements: Able to run 8-10k on the trails at a social pace
The optional goal race is the Valley Vertikiller 25K (race registration fee NOT included in clinic registration and you do NOT need to be registered or racing to attend or benefit from this clinic)
Depending on final registration numbers, the 25k clinic may join the 16k clinic, with added distance to meet the requirements for the 25k 8 week program.
