RX Division & Scaled Division
RX athletes should be able to do the following with relative ease:
Hand Stand Push Ups, Chest-to-Bar Pull Ups, Clean & Jerk 185/135, Snatch 135/95, Overhead Squat, Double Unders, and at least one team member able to do BAR muscle ups.
Scaled constitutes everyone unable to complete at least one of the above standards.
Prizes
Rx winners will receive customized diet blueprints by Consistency Breeds Growth, an elite programming team that currently programs for several well-known games athletes such as Craig Kenney, Saxon Panchik, and Emma McQuaid
