2019 Woodstock Turkey Trot

Join us for the TENTH annual Woodstock Turkey Trot! This 5K/10K race starts and finishes at the Massanutten Military Academy track and runs through the town of Woodstock. The sponsor for this race is Regulus Group, LLC and all proceeds from the event will benefit  the Vietnam Veterans of America Shenandoah Valley Chapter 936! The chapter, chartered in 2004, strives to enhance the general social, economic, cultural, and physical conditions of Vietnam era and all Veterans in the Shenandoah Valley area. Army! Navy! Marines! Air Force! Coast Guard! The VVA’s mission is not only to provide financial assistance, establish assistance networks and work legislatively, but also to help foster, encourage, and promote the improvement of the condition of the Vietnam-era and all Veterans while providing an environment to gather and share experiences, build relationships and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow Vietnam Veterans and friends. As we celebrate a decade of this beloved gathering of community spirit we call the WOODSTOCK TURKEY TROT, we couldn’t think of a better way to show our unending gratitude for our very own hometown heroes than to host YEAR 10 in their honor!
