At Brainsport, we believe that physical activity is great for the mind, body, and spirit. The Brainsport Running Academy was created to give people of all athletic abilities an opportunity to experience what we love to do...run! Our coaches will not only guide you on this journey, but they will ensure it is done in a safe manner and that you have fun along the way.
If you are curious about running and looking for a way to get started, or you are an experienced runner looking for a way to push your own limits, we have something just right for you at the Brainsport Running Academy.

McGuire's Back-of-the-Pack Learn to Run Clinic

Start Date: Tuesday, September 24, 2019 (clinic runs until November 12, 2019)
Time: 6:00pm
Location: Brainsport (616 10th Street East, Saskatoon)
Prerequisite: This clinic is ideal for anyone interested in learning how to run, or those that need a refresher. No previous running experience is required, just show up ready to have some fun!

If you have ever wondered how you will keep up with other runners, fear not...this course is for you!
If you have a little tyke and need to run with a stroller...this course is for you!
If you have ever wanted to start running, Coach Harvey is here to help you with that goal! This 8 week program will teach you the essentials of running in a safe and fun environment. The clinic ends just in time for the Gingerbread Run on November 17th, if you wish to participate (you must register separately for the Gingerbread Run). In addition to the weekly coached run, we will be offering informational sessions on topics such as: Injury Prevention, Core Stability, Running Technique, and more.
