Parking

Free parking is available on a first-come basis in Downtown Allen. Road closures in Downtown Allen will begin at 7:30 AM.

Race Shirts

Souvenir race shirts included if a participant registers during the registration dates (Monday, September 16 through Sunday, November 24):

• Donner Dash participants will receive a Irish green short-sleeve shirt and
• Rudolph Run 5K participants will receive a red long-sleeve shirt.

Late registrations received after November 24 will NOT BE GUARANTEED to receive a race shirt.

Any participants who registered after November 24 will have the opportunity to receive a race shirt on a first-come basis. Please note: Limited quantities will be available.

Shirt Exchanges

If you determine you ordered the wrong size shirt, we offer a shirt exchange. Shirt sizes will not be exchanged during the packet pick-up dates (Wednesday, December 4 & Thursday, December 5). All shirt exchanges will be handled on race day.

Medals

The top three (3) male and female finishers will receive a medal. The age categories are as follows: 7 & Under, 8-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, & 75+.

Prizes

A $100 giftcard will be given to the top overall male, the top overall female, the top overall Master's (40+) male, and the top overall Master's (40+) female.

School Registration Dates

In order to receive school credit, school registration forms must be submitted to your school no later than Friday, November 1 or register online through Sunday, November 24.

Race Registration & Participation Packet Details

School Registration Form (Due by Friday, November 1)

Step 1: Fill Out the Registration Form

Complete the pre-registration form and return it to your school's PE teacher, along with either cash, check, or money order no later than Wednesday, November 1. Please have checks and money orders made payable to City of Allen.

Pre-registration forms received after November 1 will not receive school credit as the registrants will need to complete the online pre-registration to receive school credit.

Step 2: Participant Packet Distribution

All school registrants which submit their registration form to their school will receive their race t-shirt and bib number from their school's PE teacher on one of the following dates: Thursday, November 21 or Friday, November 22.

School Online Registration (Due by Sunday, November 24)

Step 1: Register Online

Online pre-registration must be completed by Sunday, November 24 to receive school credit. Online registration received after November 24 will not receive school credit.

Step 2: Participant Packet Pick-Up

All online registrants will need to pick up their race packets between 11:00 AM and 6:30 PM on Wednesday, December 4 or Thursday, December 5 from the Allen Parks & Recreation Administration (301 Century Parkway, Allen, Texas 75013). Race packets will also be available for pick-up beginning at 7:00 AM on race day, Saturday, December 7.
