Guelph's oldest family races, since 1894. Seven races run consecutively around Exhibition Park. A distance for everyone. You can run your race and then cheer on your family in the next.

There is a family discount of 10% when you register three or more family members at the same time. After filling in the details for one registrant, use the Add Another Participant button. The discount will be applied at checkout.

We keep the entry fees as low as we can and they cover the costs of the race only. It is pledge dollars that enable the races to support Guelph General Hospital and bring lifesaving equipment to our community.

Be sure to ask your friends and family for pledges after registering - turn your passion for running into support for our local Hospital!

Please note that the 100m kids dash is free and registration occurs on race day.

Chip timed race

The races will be timed using Ipico chip technology. You will be given a chip that matches your bib number. This chip needs to be fastened to your shoe. We will retrieve the chip at the finish line. It is very difficult to figure out a time for you if you do not wear the chip on your shoe.
