Start your Christmas season by catching the Christmas spirits with us at Lake Thoreau! Lake Thoreau Environmental Center is partnering with Heritage United Methodist Church to provide a fun, family-friendly holiday experience! Christmas spirits such as elves, Ghosts of Christmas Past and Present, Frosty the Snowman, and even Cousin Eddie will be wandering out in the forest at Lake Thoreau on December 7th. Racers have to find all of the Christmas Spirits and collect a Christmas goodie from each of them before crossing the finish line. After the race we will enjoy Christmas treats, hot cocoa, and apple cider while we roast marshmallows. All proceeds go towards the Edwards Street Fellowship Food Pantry so we can help spread good cheer throughout our community. Take a break from your holiday hassles and catch some Christmas spirit with us!
