This is a chance to concentrate on running technique, and get a good aerobic workout, without the stress of gravity. It includes a variety of different exercises that address strength, flexibility, injury recovery and, most importantly, a fun time. The hot tub is available before and after the workout for relaxation and/or socializing.
Pool sessions are on each Wednesday from 17:30 to 18:30 at the Comox Valley Aquatic Centre on Lerwick Drive. Arrive any time after 17:00 to use the hot tub.
Pool Running sessions are only for CVRR members. To become a member, select the JOIN CLUB tab under the club logo to the right. Each member is granted one free session to try it out. It is not necessary to purchase pool passes to take advantage of the one free session.
Pool passes are for the 2019/2020 season and there are no refunds.
This will pay for entry to 5 weekly sessions. We will keep track at the pool of how many sessions you have used and how many you have left. There are 21 sessions in total.
