My Story…
Hey friends.
What a wild time we are all in. My friend/sister/wild child homie and I were planning to run/roll the 10k. Before you say it, YES, I am allergic to running. The thing is Makrina is a powerful human and I am weak willed when it comes to her, so the next think I knew I was signed up for the 10K.
Makrina and I will still be running/rolling the 10k together (6 feet apart, unless her chair goes rogue and I have to push her). We are excited to take on this challenge, to prove that nothing can stop us, and that Makrina really holds most of the power in our relationship (haha).
Please no one mention 15K to her, as next thing we know I will be running a 15K...
All donations will be going to the amazing Camp Amicus kiddos, online and specialized programming and the good work done at Foothills Academy Society.
Description
Join our team of runners and walkers to help ensure that every child or family affected by Learning Disabilities has the opportunity to participate in specialized, quality programs in a supportive environment with staff who are trained to address their needs. All funds raised will be directed to our Bursary Fund to support this goal. WE NEED YOUR HELP! Join our team or donate to make a significant difference in the lives of many of the 1 in 10 Calgarians affected by Learning Disabilities.
