Although the Race Weekend has been canceled, I will walk 2kms and 5kms in support of Team Good Companions. All funds raised will support our COVID19 response ensuring that seniors are connecting and receiving supports while physical distancing

We invite you to join TEAM GOOD COMPANIONS in the 2020 Ottawa Race Weekend! You can walk, run, cheer, raise funds, and most importantly - have fun! Funds raised will ensure that The Good Companions can to continue to provide programs and services to over 2300 seniors in our community.
