My Story…
I am running again this year to raise money for Epilepsy Ottawa. This year I am doing the Bytown Challenge - 2K, 5K, and 10K run! I wish I could be running in a big group but will have to do it small this year. I hope I can count on your support!

Help us create a community where people affected by epilepsy are empowered and supported to live life to the fullest, free of stigma and barriers.
There are nearly 10,000 people with epilepsy in Ottawa and the surrounding regions. It’s a diagnosis that impacts the entire family.
Epilepsy Ottawa is the only community epilepsy agency in Eastern Ontario providing support, advocacy, and education services for people with epilepsy and their families.
