The Good Companions Seniors' Centre is an amazing hub, reducing seniors' isolation and delivering front line services. A highly effective & efficient charity!
Description
We invite you to join TEAM GOOD COMPANIONS in the 2020 Ottawa Race Weekend! You can walk, run, cheer, raise funds, and most importantly - have fun! Funds raised will ensure that The Good Companions can to continue to provide programs and services to over 2300 seniors in our community.
